Our concrete coring conduit grid systems are available in various sizes to accommodate a multitude of conduits and construction products, waterlines, pipes, and tubes. Interconnected through an adjustable grid system, they enable limitless configurations and adaptable spacing to accommodate diverse wall panel setups and rebar details, offering a versatile solution for infrastructure needs.
Each unit is constructed with robust, durable end caps and a high-density EPP inner core. When access to a penetration is required, the end caps are removed, and the inner core is easily drilled out using a standard wood bit or one of our patented hole saws. This process eliminates the need for specialized equipment or crews typically required for conventional coring.
Units can remain in foundations indefinitely without compromising their integrity. Additionally, because the units are installed prior to pouring the walls, the risk of damaging rebar—common with conventional coring—is completely eliminated.
Units are simple to install with minimal pre-planning, saving time and reducing the need to coordinate layouts with each subcontractor. Installing multiple units ensures sufficient penetrations for all subcontractors during and after construction. If additional penetrations are needed post-construction—for features such as a new pool or spa, generators, or connecting new structures—they can be easily accessed with minimal disruption to finished interior or exterior spaces.
After the forms are stripped, the flush end caps remain exposed on the inside and outside walls.
Our units are also designed to integrate seamlessly with the Link-Seal system sizing for optimal penetration sealing.
The hole is accessed via a CCS patented holesaw which attaches to a conventional power drill. Simply drill out the hole in a matter of seconds in one piece.
